Measures and instructions
In line with the measures to prevent and contain the COVID-19 epidemic, please only come to your appointment or examination if you have no signs of a respiratory infection whatsoever and have not been in contact with an infected person.
The day before your examination, we will call you by telephone and ask:
- whether you have any signs of a respiratory infection (raised body temperature, cough, sore throat, pain in the pharynx, cold-like symptoms, muscle aches)
- whether you have been in contact with a person infected or possibly infected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days (ill family members, housemates or co-workers)
At the entry point, we will check your health status again before you enter the individual clinics.
If you have signs of a respiratory infection or have been in contact with an infected person in the past 14 days, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
You must wear a protective face mask on our premises. Due to limited supplies of protective equipment, please bring your own mask with you.
If possible, please print out the relevant questionnaires for MRI and for the Thyroid Clinic, complete them at home and bring the completed forms with you to your examination.
For the sake of your health and ours, please follow the instructions and advice of our staff.
